Due to the spread of coronavirus infection, airmail is decreasing and international mail transportation costs are rising.
As a result, from June 1, 2021, we will introduce a special additional charge for EMS for Oceania, North America, Central America, the Middle East and Europe.

Orders from Oceania, North America, Central America, the Middle East and Europe will be charged ¥ 1,500 - ¥ 2,000 as part of the shipping costs.
Countries that have never ordered from us before will also incur shipping costs.
Also, if a country is not available for delivery, the order will be automatically cancelled by the system.

因疫情的影響航空狀況減少，國際郵便的運輸成本上升。至2021 年６月 1 日開始往大洋洲、北美洲、中米州、中東地區、歐洲等等EMS將追加特別費用。（根據日本郵便局官方網站）
因此關於京乃雪免運費活動期間內，若是以上地區國家，需個人再額外負擔1500 日元～2500 日元不等的郵費。另外，目前為止訂購都未收取額外負擔費用的國家，即日起訂購時將可能需要付額外費用。
另外，若是無法配送地區國家，系統將會自動取消訂單。請您諒解。
